- 1 Organic Banana
2 Tablespoons Hemp Protein Powder (can substitute Whey Powder)
2 Tablespoons Hempseed
1 Tablespoon Hemp Oil (can substitute Flax Oil)
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 1/3 Cup Water
